If it's been longer, or you've missed more than one week, message your provider before injecting. After a longer gap, providers often restart at a lower dose, because your tolerance drops and jumping back to your old dose can make you very sick.

Don't double up to catch up.

Escalate: any gap over 2 weeks, or any question about doubling.
