How much weight will I lose?
Also asked: results, how fast will I lose weight, average weight loss, expected results, will this work for me Answer: In clinical trials, average total body weight loss was roughly 10–15% on semaglutide and 15–20% on tirzepatide over a year at full dose. Some people lose more, some considerably less.
A rough shape of the curve: a few percent in the first month, more by month three, most of it by months six to twelve. It is not linear and it is not smooth. Plateaus are normal.
What moves the number most: staying on the medication consistently, protein and fiber intake, and resistance training. What we don't do is promise you a number.
