Why does my order keep getting delayed?

Unpaid invoice. The order sits indefinitely. It doesn't cancel, it just doesn't move.
Missing monthly check-in form. The provider can't review or refill without it.
A required consent or pharmacy confirmation form that hasn't been signed. The prescription won't forward until it is.

Check your account dashboard for anything outstanding, then message us if it all looks clear on your end.
