Answer: Here's the normal clock:

• Payment clears: 24–48 hours

• Pharmacy fills and ships: [CONFIRMED: 7-10 business days]

• Standard shipping: 7–10 business days

• Tracking email: sent the moment the pharmacy hands it off

Two things stall an order more than anything else: an unpaid invoice, and a check-in form that hasn't been submitted. Neither one moves until it's cleared.

Escalate: no tracking after [CONFIRMED: 5 days] from payment, or tracking that hasn't moved in 3 days.
