A licensed provider reviews your information, usually within 2–3 business days.

If you're approved, you'll receive an invoice. Your medication will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received.

Once your payment clears (typically within 24–48 hours), your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.

Your medication is then shipped using standard shipping, which typically takes 7–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

Each month, you'll complete a brief follow-up check-in. A licensed provider will review your progress and, if appropriate, approve your next refill before it is processed and shipped.
